We are committed to maintaining the highest standard of service and accountability in the luxury student rental market. Our mission is accomplished only as a result of your academic success and comfort of living. If you’re having an issue anywhere in or around our facilities, we want to know about it.
Requests of all kinds, including maintenance, cleaning, and matching you and a friend can either be made in person at the concierge desk in your building, or they can be made through our website.

Please be advised that by filling out this form you are allowing our maintenance staff 48 hour authorization to enter your unit at any time during our weekday hours of operation. On weekends, maintenance emails will be monitored for emergencies only. All other repairs will be attended to on the next business day.
No matter your concern, we’ve got your back. We remain committed to dealing with our residents’ concerns in as quickly a manner as possible. We want our residents to know that our concierge staff are there for them on a 24-hour basis to help them resolve whatever maintenance concerns they have, and let them get back to what’s important.
Our living quarters come equipped with a range of facilities and larger common areas that can be reserved by our tenants for holding social gatherings, meetings, study groups, birthday parties, or film nights.
If you’d like to reserve one of these facilities please consult with the concierge staff. Residents who request room bookings are responsible for the safe care of the room while in their use, and activities must abide by premises policies for behaviour and noise.
