Phillip Square is conveniently located 3 minutes walking distance away from the University of Waterloo and 8 minutes from Wilfrid Laurier, while Preston and Bridgeport House are 5 minutes away from the Laurier campus! Additionally, Rez-One properties are surrounded by amazing restaurants located at University Plaza and King Street Plaza and grocery stores such as T&T. Blair House even offers Sushi, Bubble tea and baked goods directly at the property!
Rez-One strives to keep student convenience in mind by having all necessities within walking distance of the residence or ensuring public transit is steps outside your door. Major bus routes and the Brand-new Light Rail Transit (LRT) make the commute to desirable areas such as Conestoga Mall, Fairview Park Mall, Uptown Waterloo and Downtown Kitchener easier than ever! The LRT and buses are all free use for full time enrolled students.
