We are committed to maintaining the highest standard of service and accountability in the luxury student rental market. Our mission is accomplished only as a result of your academic success and comfort of living. If you’re having an issue anywhere in or around our facilities, we want to know about it.

Requests of all kinds, including maintenance, cleaning, and matching you and a friend can either be made in person at the concierge desk in your building, or they can be made through our website.

Concierge Services

Our concierge staff is available to you 24 hours a day. No matter the concern, there will be someone available at each one of our properties to help you. Concierge staff can be called or visited in person to provide direction, assurance, and security for our residents. You will also find your building’s lost and found at the concierge desk.

Additionally, concierge staff handle inquiries related to parking, secure access, guest permits, etc, and may be the first point of contact for any maintenance issues, WiFi outages, or the paid suite cleaning services available to our tenants.

Please be advised that by filling out this form you are allowing our maintenance staff 48 hour authorization to enter your unit at any time during our weekday hours of operation. On weekends, maintenance emails will be monitored for emergencies only.  All other repairs will be attended to on the next business day.

No matter your concern, we’ve got your back. We remain committed to dealing with our residents’ concerns in as quickly a manner as possible. We want our residents to know that our concierge staff are there for them on a 24-hour basis to help them resolve whatever maintenance concerns they have, and let them get back to what’s important.


Cleaning Service Request

It can be tough to stay on top of the regular day-to-day around your living space when you’re studying. The demands of your education and active lifestyle can be sudden and unpredictable. As circumstances demand, either you, or you and those you share you living space with may wish to take advantage of our suite cleaning services. We will get you up and running, with a clear space so that you can focus in no time.

For bedroom and bathroom- STARTING at $35

For common kitchen and living space- STARTING at $90

Multi-Purpose Room Booking Request

Our living quarters come equipped with a range of facilities and larger common areas that can be reserved by our tenants for holding social gatherings, meetings, study groups, birthday parties, or film nights.

If you’d like to reserve one of these facilities please consult with the concierge staff. Residents who request room bookings are responsible for the safe care of the room while in their use, and activities must abide by premises policies for behaviour and noise.

I am very pleased with Rez-One. Bridgeport House is very clean, all the suites are nicely furnished and spacious and the en-suite bathroom is perfect. Overall, Bridgeport House provides a student with all the luxury amenities and management is super friendly and responsive if you have any questions. The 24/7 security is also very beneficial and there is always someone at the reception desk to help with anything you might need.


Fergus House was top of the line! Was here for the grand opening and it couldn’t have gone better! Looking forward to many more years of residence! The onsite gym is really what sold it for me, never had to leave to get a high quality workout
