In three years’ time, we will have 3,300 beds in a total of three university towns. We care about our tenants on an individual basis, and we are invested in their achievement. For The Individual
Rez-One caters to your success with the highest standard of comfort, flexibility, security, and convenience. We want you to thrive academically so much that we consider our own legacy as something we build every day – one student’s success story at a time.
Additionally, concierge staff handle inquiries related to parking, secure access, guest permits, etc, and maybe the first point of contact for any maintenance issues, WiFi outages, or the paid suite cleaning services available to our tenants. Our concierge staff is available to you 24 hours a day. No matter the concern, there will be someone available at each one of our properties to help you. Concierge staff can be called or visited in person to provide direction, assurance, and security for our residents.
